Internal Information System
RADIOTRANS, S.A. (hereinafter, the Entity) has implemented an Internal Information System (IIS), which integrates the organisation’s different internal reporting channels and serves as a fundamental pillar for promoting a culture of ethical, responsible and sustainable conduct, together with the duty of supervision, control and prevention regarding regulatory compliance.
The system constitutes the preferred channel and a mandatory tool for diligently reporting breaches and regulatory non-compliance, ensuring full protection for reporting persons, without risk of retaliation and with the necessary protective measures.
The IIS has been designed, configured and is managed with the necessary measures and mechanisms to ensure security, confidentiality, data protection and protection of reporting persons. To this end, we have the collaboration and support of the external expert BONET consulting, which provides high levels of professionalism, experience, independence, confidentiality and compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.
Consequently, the Entity has equipped the IIS with a series of safeguards, including anonymity/anonymisation, appropriate registration, preservation and non-alteration of information, prevention of conflicts of interest, protection of reporting persons and prohibition of retaliation.
To learn in detail about the operating principles and fundamental safeguards governing the Entity’s Internal Information System, in accordance with the requirements established by the new regulations, you may view and access the document General Policy on the Internal Information System.pdf.
Information Channels
The Entity has established different internal information channels that allow reports to be submitted in written or verbal form. For this purpose, the Entity relies on the configuration, design and support of an external expert in order to provide the highest levels of professionalism, experience, independence, confidentiality, data protection, protection of reporting persons and other areas applicable to this type of channel. Further information on the technical characteristics of the channels can be found in our Policy. The channels forming part of our IIS are as follows:

In order to ensure proper compliance with the commitments and safeguards set out in our Policy and in the regulatory framework applicable to this type of report, the Entity has entrusted the management of these reports to the external expert BONET consulting. This is intended to guarantee the protection of the reporting person’s identity during the appointment request process, during the submission of an in-person report and at the location where the meeting takes place.
BONET professionals are responsible for managing requests to submit reports through this channel, as well as for collecting and retaining all information provided in connection with the request. As established by law, these meetings will be documented by means of an anonymised recording, subject to the prior consent of the reporting person.
