For Radiotrans, service to our customers and their satisfaction has always been our priority and remains so even through this complicated time due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, we have taken the necessary measures to ensure the continuation of our services, while protecting the health of our employees, customers and suppliers.
Despite the complexity of the different situations and measures that each government has taken in the different countries where we have a presence, we wish to inform you that today our telephone service is operational in all regions, operating normally, with remote work in place the company has reduced to the minimum any necessary physical presence in our offices to ensure the operation within the limitations that the changing situation in each country allows and with the aim to ensure business continuity as long as possible.
Our computer systems were tested and prepared for the this change in for the way we have to work. This was done in order to be ready when the first cases of Covid-19 appeared in Italy.
Until further notice we will avoid face-to-face meetings, except for those essential, and we will serve all our customers and suppliers by telephone or through the videoconferencing.
